Enrichment Programmer – Bridgton Recreation Department
The Town of Bridgton Recreation Department is seeking a motivated and energetic Enrichment Programmer to join our growing team. This full-time position plays a key role in developing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality enrichment programs that serve children, families, and the community.
About the Position
The Enrichment Programmer works under the direction of the Recreation Director and collaborates with the Deputy Director, schools, and community partners to provide innovative programming. This role is central to expanding learning opportunities, fostering creativity, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for participants.

Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate enrichment programs and seasonal school vacation camps.
- Direct involvement with the program participants and enrichment staff/volunteers during programming.
- Manage communications with families, program schedules, and attendance records.
- Collaborate with local schools and community partners to expand learning opportunities.
- Experience working with children and families in a recreational, educational, or community setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and volunteers effectively.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
