This committee reviews opportunities to advocate on behalf of MRPA and makes recommendations to the MRPA Board of Directors
                            Plans and promotes the annual MRPA conference
                            Process annual award submissions
                            MRPA will work to:
Encourage representation of diverse lived experiences (diversity)
Create and promote equal, open access to everyone (equity) Provide an environment where all members have a sense of belonging (inclusion)
                            Plans and promotes fall workshop
                            Coordinates the annual golf tournament
                            Coordinates efforts to promote the association, increase visibility and brand.
                            Manages membership program and recruits new association members
                            Manages professional development and student grants
                             Fosters relationships with
secondary and post-secondary students,
educational institutions, and administrators
for the promotion, employment, professional
and educational development of Maine’s Parks
and Recreation Industry
                            Coordinates the summer and winter consignment ticket programs for MRPA
                            Provides coaches training opportunities, youth sports grant opportunities, and coaching resources
